Junior Product Manager

- Provide commercial and operational support to the Product Management and Sales teams - Act as a key link between Commercial, Logistics, Quality, Accounts, and Marketing functions - Support contract and pricing management, quotations, stock planning, and customer coordination - Review all contract balances and expired contracts - Highlight contracts without follow-on agreements and work with the Commercial team - Update the monthly price list - Manage inbox responsibilities for the Product Management inboxes - Prepare and issue quotations directly to sales teams and customers - Calculate forward stock positions and stock limits - Liaise with the Logistics department on allocations and shipments - Maintain and manage customer records across multiple accounts - Confirm customer orders promptly and accurately - Assist with lead qualification and identification of commercial opportunities - Collaborate on the development of new products with the Commercial team - Monitor shipments and liaise with suppliers regarding pending purchase orders - Provide market price updates for the Sales team - Liaise with Quality and Accounts teams on customer requests - Conduct research on companies, products, and market information - Provide cover for Product Managers or Sales colleagues during absences - Travel with Product Managers and Sales teams for customer visits as required - Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by management
