- This is a hands-on support role with a focus on technical depth over ticket volume
Responsibilities
- Join a technical support team focused on platform-level issues across both front and back end
- Work on cases related to reporting, upgrades, cloning, and database tables
- Support users and internal teams in identifying and resolving issues efficiently
Description
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Staines, Surrey. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days onsite. You will be part of a stable, collaborative team where support engineers are genuinely respected. The position offers an annual salary of up to £41,000 and is a 12-month PAYE contract, with a strong possibility of conversion to full-time.
