IT and Systems Support Analyst

As an IT & Systems Support Analyst, you will maintain data integrity through audits, updates, and user support. You will administer MS365 and core systems while managing onboarding and access. Your role will include configuring and setting up user workstations, managing internal networks and cloud services, and ensuring optimal performance of hosting. You will track IT assets and software licenses, provide daily technical support and system maintenance, and attend department meetings to share updates on system performance and technical needs. Additionally, you will create and maintain dashboards, charts, and reports to track KPIs, analyze data from Salesforce, MS365, and internal tools, assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes, and help department heads understand data requirements. Contributing to data standards, analyzing recurring technical issues, assisting with system development, and developing and maintaining user guides will also be part of your responsibilities.
