Requirements
Must:
- ICT professional looking to develop a career in data centre environments
- Some experience with network infrastructure, structured cabling, or ICT systems desirable
- Eager to learn, troubleshoot faults, and work in a fast-paced live environment
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Comfortable working shift patterns in a 24/7 critical environment
- Ex-forces candidates with relevant ICT or technical experience are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Supporting ICT systems across the data centre, including DCIM, SCADA, BMS, VESDA, and alarm monitoring
- Assisting with racking/stacking, patching, break-fix, decommissioning, and infrastructure installations
- Responding to ICT faults and escalating issues to senior engineers where required
- Supporting ServiceNow ticket management, emails, and job queues to ensure completion within SLA timescales
- Maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with shift handovers
- Following health & safety procedures, permit-to-work processes, and client standards
- Helping maintain high standards of housekeeping across data halls, comms rooms, and storage areas
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting requirements to management

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a critical 24/7 environment, where you will gain hands-on experience in ICT operations and learn from senior engineers. We offer structured training and career progression, a long-term stable contract, and a competitive salary of up to £35,831.00 per annum, along with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a company pension and benefits package.
