Requirements
Must:
- At least higher level education in Computing or a related discipline, with a 2:1 award or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Software Developer, including API development
- At least 1 year of experience designing and building LLMs in MS Azure Foundry
- Relevant work experience in financial services, particularly in insurance, is a plus
- Relevant AI qualifications such as MS Azure AI Fundamentals or MS Azure AI Engineer Associate are desirable
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain LLMs and AI Agents in MS Azure Foundry
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms
- Measure, refine, and improve LLM performance, scalability, and security
- Adhere to in-house and best practices on quality control, AI responsible use, governance, and security
