Requirements
Must:
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support or as a technical engineer in a cloud based SaaS environment
- Experience supporting Cloud based applications
- An understanding of web based / java application technologies (Apache, Tomcat, http(s), web services)
- Experience with network technologies and their troubleshooting
- Experience with databases, APIs, and basic scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
- Exposure to M365/SharePoint admin functions
- XML experience would be desirable
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for solving technical problems
- Self-motivated and delivery focused, able to work independently and in teams
- Highly organized with a strong command of detail
- A passion for innovation and a desire to learn
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of system use for a diverse group of technical and non-technical users
- Provide remote support for customer inquiries and issues
- Engage in complex problem solving and issue replication
- Manage relationships and communicate with users of varying technical abilities
- Work with customers primarily based in the UK and Europe
