Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end administration, custom configuration, and long-term roadmap for Jira and Confluence
- Re-engineer ITSM processes and service desk workflows to align with the banks rapid growth
- Leverage Python or PowerShell to build bespoke integrations and automate manual infrastructure tasks
- Produce high-quality technical blueprints and mentor cross-functional teams on system best practices
- Ensure all platform changes meet stringent security and compliance audits required of a modern banking licence
