As our IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in our onboarding process. You will ensure that all new starters are fully equipped with the necessary hardware, access, and support. Additionally, you will provide high-quality technical support to our wider team. This hands-on position requires a proactive approach and a solution-focused attitude.

We are a small to medium-sized business located near Cinderford, offering a salary of up to £38,000 per annum. The role is primarily office-based, with the option to work from home one day a week.
