Requirements
Must:
- I require you to have 10+ years of backend development experience.
- You should have at least 5+ years of experience in technical and people leadership.
- Proficiency in Python or Golang, Linux, AWS, and RestAPIs is essential.
- Additional skills in Kubernetes, Node, Gitlab, SQL, and DevOps are desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across global teams are necessary.
- You should have excellent experience in leading projects related to the development of backend applications.
- Fluency in Russian and English is required.
Responsibilities
- As the Head of Backend Development, your role will be to contribute to our growing product suite by developing backend applications.
- You will lead technical and people initiatives while guiding a team towards achieving project objectives.
- Collaboration with various global teams to ensure effective communication and project execution will be a key part of your responsibilities.

The salary for this role ranges from £110,000 to £140,000, and we also provide a 20% bonus, share options, pension, 25 days of holiday, and private medical insurance.
