Must:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Application Developer with the following technical skills and experience:
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Frontend experience with TypeScript and Vue.js is a plus, but not essential.
- A good understanding of Azure, including Azure DevOps and Azure CosmosDB.
- Ideally, you should have a background in Maths or Data, either through studies or professional experience.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams.
- You should be comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule.
- A keen desire to learn new technologies and progress within the business.
Responsibilities
As part of our growing development team, you will work on both new and existing client-facing applications. While your primary focus will be on backend development using C#, you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to frontend development and Azure architecture. You will collaborate with various teams across the business and work closely with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring we deliver exceptional consultative services.

Our development team, consisting of about 20 members across three offices, is experiencing growth with exciting opportunities for progression due to our planned expansion for 2025.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000, along with a discretionary bonus of 10-15% (with a maximum of £12,000). We also provide a pension plan (4% which can rise to 10%), life assurance (6x your salary), 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an income protection insurance scheme, private medical insurance, and additional perks such as a cycle-to-work scheme and gym memberships.
