Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in 3rd line technical support
- Strong knowledge of networking (SD-WAN, Aruba/Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet), and WiFi infrastructure
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies (AD, MECM, InTune, AutoPilot), Okta, and AWS
- Hands-on experience with VMWare/Nutanix, scripting (PowerShell), and certificate management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work autonomously
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience in manufacturing environments
- Degree-level education preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site technical representative for IT, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Maintain and optimise infrastructure performance, ensuring resilience and security
- Deliver upgrades and maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations
- Document fixes, changes, and processes in accordance with IT Security Policy and change control
- Collaborate across teams and with third parties to ensure seamless technical operations
- Provide innovation and advice on technologies supporting Premier Foods environments
- Travel to other UK sites as required
