Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in PLC programming and software management
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of automation systems and control processes
- Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duty
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Lead PLC and software management for the automation systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and control issues
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes
- Provide on-call support during plant start-ups as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
