Requirements
Must:
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
- A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
- A drive for quality, accuracy and continuous improvement
- Ideally experience in an IT Asset Management or similar role
- Experience working with third-party service providers
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end IT Asset Management, covering hardware and software lifecycle management
- Managing and maintaining the CMDB/CMS, ensuring configuration data is accurate, complete and audit-ready
- Leading configuration audits, reconciliations and data quality reviews
- Managing IT hardware purchasing and procurement in line with policy and budget controls
- Working with suppliers to manage delivery, performance and asset-related issues
- Producing regular reporting on asset inventory, lifecycle status, warranties and refresh cycles
- Supporting audits, compliance reviews and financial reporting with high-quality data
- Driving continual improvement across ITAM and configuration processes
- Supporting secure asset disposal, end-of-life and end-of-support activities
