Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role (product data experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (email and telephone)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP) (desirable)
- Knowledge of product compliance documentation (allergens, ingredients, labelling) (desirable)
- Experience working in FMCG / food / retail product data (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product records in internal systems (SAP, databases, spreadsheets)
- Input and update product descriptions, dimensions, weights, barcodes, ingredients and supplier details
- Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across platforms (website, internal systems)
- Support the onboarding of new products
- Manage and update product specification sheets, labels, and technical data where required
- Work closely with procurement, sales, warehouse, and compliance teams to ensure correct product information
- Assist with product data audits and resolve any discrepancies
- Take and manage photographs of products for internal systems and the website
- Maintain product photos, allergen information, and country of origin details
- Support reporting tasks related to products
Description
We are seeking a Product Data Administrator to join our warehouse team in Luton. This role offers a salary ranging from £25,500 to £26,300, along with benefits such as a company pension and on-site parking.
