Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a field-based customer service engineering role, ideally in the Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience and knowledge of maintaining and installing EPoS equipment.
- PC literate, proficient with the entire MS Office suite, and possess the aptitude to quickly learn new software packages.
- A full UK driver’s license is essential due to the nature of this role.
Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites to ensure that allocated calls are handled professionally and efficiently, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Repair, service, and install various IT hardware and EPoS systems.
- Conduct planned and regular maintenance of all on-site equipment.
- Provide support and training to customers as required.
- Deliver exemplary levels of customer service as an ambassador for our company.
