Requirements
Must:
To qualify for this role, you must have some working experience or exposure to the following:
- Windows Desktop (10, 11)
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of issues
- Experience with Microsoft Office suites, including usage and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of PC, Laptop, MAC, Android, and Mobile hardware setup and configuration
- Experience in machine builds, repairs, and PC deployments to clients
- Office 365, including configuration, changes (adds/removes/password resets)
- Basic networking understanding and troubleshooting
- Understanding of IP addresses, DNS, and core IT network components
- Diagnosing internet connection and Wi-Fi issues
- Basic knowledge of printer errors, configurations, driver reinstallation, and printer options within Windows
Additionally, a valid driver’s license and access to a car is essential.
Responsibilities
I am looking for a support analyst to work on our Central Service Desk, focusing on building processes to streamline and enhance our systems efficiency. Your role will involve providing technical support to our key clients while maintaining a high degree of customer service. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will need to understand their problems, log tickets, attempt first-line resolution, and keep clients updated throughout the resolution process. You will assist senior engineers and the Manager as needed.
You will hold overall responsibility for the progression and effective resolution of all support cases in accordance with our SLAs and KPIs. Taking ownership of issues is crucial, ensuring customer expectations are both set and exceeded. You will also provide assistance to the Technical Manager and the Managing Director, and engage in projects where appropriate.

A-Level or equivalent education is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in technical support and customer service. Work authorization in the United Kingdom is required, and this role is in-person.
