Business Analyst (Construction)

- Identify and undertake all necessary business analysis tasks including gaining a solid understanding of current as is processes and pain points, user needs analysis and requirements elicitation, designing to be process maps, flows and documentation. - Investigate the specific feasibility of migrating users of Civica APP to IDOX Uniform and determine and document dependencies and synergies between services. - Work closely with the Project Manager and subject matter experts from the service areas concerned to achieve the Projects goals. - Document and communicate findings and ideas to the project team, service, and other stakeholders. - Work on your own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. - Shape and evaluate options as part of business case development. - Research how comparable authorities/companies deliver similar services. - Establish headline pain points from SMEs, contract management, costs, and Local Authority user experience that can support a decision on next steps. - Establish and validate key facts and information that can help differentiate different uses, volumes, and needs. - Distill lengthy technical specifications down into digestible products – defining the systems, their scope, and function.
