Must:

- Experience in Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience of working on multi-workstream projects.
- Skilled in producing clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Experience in analysing and improving existing technical solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern integration platforms and techniques.
- Skills: Software Development, Problem Solving, Communication, Technical Acumen, Programming Languages, Data Analysis, Project Management, System Design, Debugging, Innovation
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business applications in M365.
- Create robust Power Apps and streamline operational workflows through Power Automate.
- Act as a custodian of our Microsoft 365 environment and configure it securely.
- Take proactive ownership of business-critical applications within Power Apps, including maintenance and feature development.
- Support Incident and Problem Management by investigating root causes.
- Partner with technology architects, cross-functional teams, and external suppliers.
- Liaise with stakeholders to review current processes and ensure solutions align with organizational strategy.
- Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for all solutions, ensuring compliance with development standards and security policies.
- Manage and resolve service requests and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
