Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for a candidate who is customer-focused and possesses an excellent telephone manner.
- A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is essential.
- You should have the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
- General varied product knowledge on fire systems is required.
- Experience with network/IP-based products is necessary.
- Desirable qualifications include experience in remote programming of industry standards on enterprise-wide networked access control systems.
Responsibilities
- You will provide technical support to end users and engineers, both internally and externally.
- Its important to ensure prompt and accurate information is scheduled.
- You will prioritize your workload to meet contractual deadlines.
- Answer customer telephone calls while ensuring internal customer service standards are maintained.
- You will be expected to handle any reasonable requests from line supervisors and the Head of Service.
- Providing first-line support to customers to resolve issues before passing them to the service team is essential.
- You will also provide support to the Service Scheduling Team as needed.
Description
This role is based in Craigavon, Lurgan, United Kingdom, and operates on a full-time shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off, consisting of two days followed by two nights, with 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am. Please note that this position is 100% office-based, and the salary for this role is £30,000 per annum.
