Requirements
Must:
- I have proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a technical service delivery role.
- I am proficient in Jira for agile project delivery, with expertise that goes beyond user-level, enabling me to suggest improvements.
- I possess strong leadership and analytical skills, approaching challenges with a results-driven mindset.
- I am familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- I have excellent communication skills that allow me to influence and collaborate effectively.
- I maintain a detail-oriented mindset with robust risk management capabilities.
- Additionally, I have knowledge of AML CDD processes and banking functions, familiarity with bank enterprise tools such as Release Manager and Remedy, and industry certifications in PMP or SAFE. I also understand software development and testing processes.
Responsibilities
- I will lead and facilitate agile ceremonies to support effective delivery.
- I will coordinate across multiple scrum teams and system partners.
- I will communicate objectives and provide regular status updates on delivery, risks, and issues.
- I will collaborate with product owners and team members to ensure alignment with deliverable requirements.
- I will manage resource planning and execution.
- I will ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards, particularly in Jira and other tools.
- I will foster a culture of accountability and ownership within the team.
- I will clearly document business requirements and ensure they are achievable.
Description
I am looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about agile delivery and problem-solving to join our dynamic Global Banking and Global Markets AML Technology team in Bromley/London (3 Days Onsite). This is a full-time position with a contract length of 12 months, offering a competitive daily rate of approximately £650. In this high-paced, collaborative environment, I will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects impacting the banking industry. I will work alongside a talented team and gain exposure to innovative technology solutions in AML.
