We require candidates to have a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and controls, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management (PAM). You should possess practical knowledge of cloud-based IAM services in platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective stakeholder management, along with analytical abilities to tackle complex technical issues. Familiarity with IAM tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or SailPoint is also necessary. Experience in documenting business processes and supporting migration strategies using Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) is advantageous.

Responsibilities
As an IAM Technical Analyst, I will need you to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for IAM projects from various stakeholders. You will analyze current IAM processes and identify opportunities for improvement while contributing to the design and implementation of IAM solutions that enhance security and align with business goals. Your role will involve translating business needs into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria for development and testing. You will act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. Additionally, you will perform gap analyses to pinpoint missing access controls, support change management teams for successful IAM process adoption, and work with IAM processes within platforms like Azure AD, AWS IAM, and GCP IAM, integrating identity systems through protocols like SAML or SCIM.

This position is predominantly remote, but occasional travel to Warwick may be required. We are focusing on implementing new and heavily regulated controls across our IAM solution. We are seeking individuals who can deliver across business-as-usual operations, programs, and vendors. Candidates must demonstrate their IAM and IGA expertise in their CV to be considered.
