Requirements
Must:
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow Service Catalog functionality.
- ServiceNow experience, especially in Service Catalogue / ITSM / Service Request workflows.
- End-to-end testing / QA experience, validating workflows, automation, approvals, and integrations.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow Catalog enhancements and related initiatives.
- Quality assurance mindset, ensuring solutions meet business and operational requirements.
- Experience testing service management processes, incorporating both applications and processes.
- Agile delivery experience, proficient in tools like Jira for sprint work and backlog tracking.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of overseeing testing and quality assurance processes.
- Track end-to-end testing, maintain documentation of test cases, results, and issue resolutions.
- Project management skills, ensuring timely delivery in an Agile manner while coordinating outcomes across teams.
- Proficiency in ALM Octane, Python, and Java is essential.
Nice to have:
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven track record in ServiceNow testing and administration.
- Ability to translate complex work into executive-ready presentations.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize testing and automation strategies, including defect management and reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of project aspects while tracking work in JIRA.
- Validate workflows, automation, approvals, and integrations for a seamless experience.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder updates and risk assessments to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Track and maintain documentation of test cases, results, and issue resolutions.
Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Catalogue QA & Delivery Lead who is a dynamic leader with a passion for quality assurance and delivery in the IT Service Management sector. This full-time role is based in Bromley and offers a competitive daily rate of £700 for a 6-month contract with potential for extension. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside a talented team, making a significant impact in shaping the Service Enablement journey.
