Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Java development for large and complex enterprise applications (JDK 8+ and Spring framework)
- Strong experience in writing and consuming web services (REST and SOAP)
- Proficiency with software development tools, including GIT, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA
- Experience in application container setup and deployment in a Linux environment
- Solid understanding of application security concepts (authentication, authorization, session management) and familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, and FIDO protocols
- Desired experience with LDAP
- A strong technical background in system architecture, load balancing, TLS, and cryptography
- Ability to interpret vendor documentation and perform proof of concepts to evaluate product options/features
- Demonstrated initiative and effective independent development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Contributing to story refinement and defining requirements
- Guiding the team in estimating the work necessary to realize stories through the delivery lifecycle
- Conducting spikes and proof of concepts to mitigate risk and explore new ideas
- Coding solutions and unit testing to meet defined acceptance criteria and compliance standards
- Utilizing various architectural components in the design and development of client requirements
- Assisting the team with resolving technical complexities
- Designing, developing, and modifying architecture components and application interfaces while maintaining architectural integrity
- Creating and maintaining automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)
- Setting up and developing a continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline
- Automating manual release activities to streamline processes
