Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong connections with key internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the Product Roadmap
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user stories and features with clear acceptance criteria
- Foster a data-driven approach to prioritization to ensure customer experience is prioritized
- Lead agile ceremonies, including refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Support the team during user acceptance testing and ensure successful release signoffs
- Identify training needs with the change team to ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders
- Conduct workshops and presentations to effectively communicate product roadmaps and recommendations
