Requirements
Must:

- Proven experience with microservices, distributed systems, and real-time trading or financial platforms
- Hands-on understanding of system performance, latency optimisation, and observability
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and mentor other engineers effectively
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus

- Lead design and development of full-stack features, from frontend UI to backend services.

- Mentor and support other engineers, sharing best practices and driving code quality.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high-quality code.
