Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in designing and developing complex server-side functionality in Python
- Familiarity with SQL (preferably Oracle) and basic Unix knowledge
- Previous experience with front-office equities derivatives systems
- Experience in the financial services/banking sector
- Strong self-starter with the ability to thrive in an agile environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with platform teams, sales, trading, structuring, and operations
- Build applications, services, and tools to automate pre-trade and post-trade activities
- Optimize the Treasury workstream to enhance STP Rates
- Gain a deep understanding of the entire technology stack
- Design and develop new features within existing Python services and create new services
- Participate in agile planning with team members and write acceptance tests in coordination with QA
- Provide Level 3 user support and engage effectively with business and platform partners
- Enhance the CI pipeline and deployment strategies
