Requirements

Must:
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle development tools, including business application functionality, system administration, and database structure, with an understanding of a multi-Org architecture. - Development experience with two full life cycle implementations of Oracle EBS Financial modules, with a special emphasis on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA). - In-depth experience in translating business requirements and design into technical solutions. - Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports/Forms, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, OAF, Unix Script, APEX, Java, AME, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on technical solutions and support for Oracle E-Business Suite, focusing on custom extensions and interfaces, especially for GL, AP, and FA modules. - Work on various projects and engage in customizations as needed. - Gather, evaluate, analyze, and document business requirements; translate these into technical specifications. - Design, develop, test, implement, and provide post-implementation support by utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIM/OUM). - Lead the development of Oracle E-Business Suite, including writing interfaces to and from source systems, ensuring data and accounting integrity. - Complete development tasks based on requirements from business partners and best practices. - Assist with risk management and change management on projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions. - Stay updated with new features and updates in Oracle EBS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related technologies. - Provide technical estimates and Oracle design recommendations for system enhancements. - Oversee ERP initiatives to ensure proper planning, scheduling, and management processes.

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to join our high-profile banking client in London for a 6-month contract, working in the Finance area. This role will involve working on-site 3 days a week, with 2 days in the office, and standard office hours. The daily rate is £600 Max via Umbrella. The project is expected to end in February 2026, with the potential for contract extension as the firm has numerous projects available.
