Requirements
Must:
- Expert-level C# development experience (including .Net Core)
- Strong experience with SQL Server and backend architecture
- Proven background in the Fixed Income domain (bonds, swaps, pricing models, etc.)
- Ability to operate independently and represent IT in front-office settings
- Solid understanding of both technical concepts and trading business processes
- Comfortable in a senior role, owning solutions end-to-end
- Background in banking or capital markets environments
Responsibilities
- Represent our IT team in meetings with Directors and business users
- Own and drive backend solution design using C# and SQL Server
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Work hands-on across all stages of the SDLC, from early design through to deployment
- Apply in-depth knowledge of bonds, swaps, and Fixed Income trading workflows
- Ensure systems are scalable, high-performing, and meet regulatory obligations

In this senior-level position within our Front Office Fixed Income technology team, you will have significant autonomy and visibility while acting as the key technical representative for the team.
