Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (CRM, Customer Services, Sales, and Marketing).
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), including Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Azure Services.
- Experience working with and within DevOps practices.
- Understanding and management of enterprise-sized Dataverse instances.
- Expertise in tools and usage of XRM Toolbox.
- Ability to obtain or hold Security Check (SC) clearance.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and support agile-based product development ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Lead the design and development of custom solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to ensure they meet business needs and align with best practices.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications based on specific business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, offering ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and integration activities.
Description
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Solihull for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, primarily in Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that enhance our processes. Your collaboration and communication skills will be essential as you interact with various cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and key stakeholders. You will report to the Complex Case Management Team DevOps Lead and maintain close working relationships with IT teams, partners, operational teams, and service management.
