Must:

- Hands-on experience configuring GitHub and managing repositories, branches, pull requests, and workflows.
- Able to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership and people management skills for a team of cloud engineers.
- Experience in automation, monitoring, incident management, and secure deployments.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Commercial awareness and business insight to deliver solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Cloud System Engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with programme objectives.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Oversee the implementation of new tools onto an existing AWS infrastructure.
- Ensure deployments are secure, scalable, and resilient.
- Maintain best practices, automate processes, and deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
