- I will utilise various architectural components to design and develop client-focused requirements. - I am responsible for maintaining, improving, cleaning, and manipulating data for operational and analytics systems. - I will proactively seek innovative solutions to technical challenges and challenge the status quo. - I will document and communicate essential information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality. - Adhering to team delivery/release processes for code deployment and releases will be my focus. - I will drive business results with data-based insights and collaborate closely with stakeholders. - I am passionate about discovering hidden solutions in large datasets to enhance business outcomes. - I will design, develop, and maintain data processing pipelines using Cloudera technologies, including Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Hive, and Python. - Collaboration with data engineers and scientists to translate data requirements into technical specifications will be key to my role. - I will develop and maintain frameworks for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading into the Cloudera platform. - Optimising and tuning data processing jobs for high performance and scalability will be essential. - I will implement data governance and security policies to ensure data integrity and compliance. - Monitoring and troubleshooting data processing jobs will be part of my responsibilities, as will resolving issues promptly. - I will perform unit testing and debugging to guarantee high quality and reliability of data solutions. - Documenting technical specifications, data flows, and architecture diagrams will also be part of my duties. - Staying updated with the latest advancements and best practices in Cloudera technologies and big data analytics will be a priority for me.
