Requirements
Must:
- Extensive testing experience in application testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Proven experience in testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, etc.)
- Leadership abilities with experience in leading teams and mentoring junior testers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
- A cheerful and professional demeanor that contributes to a fun and productive work environment
- Ideally some coding experience (C# or .NET would be beneficial)
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure optimal application functionality
- Detect, document, and track defects while working closely with developers to prioritize and resolve issues
- Implement automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to provide feedback and insights on application performance
- Guide junior testers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of quality within the team
