Must:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Workspace APIs, and cloud AI services.
- Ability to build extensions using Power Automate and Apps Script.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI practices and enterprise architecture basics.
- A curious and self-driven individual passionate about emerging AI technologies.
- Strong problem-solver who enjoys learning through experimentation.
- Excellent communicator capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player eager to work across various domains.
- Desirable certifications: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Collaboration Engineer or relevant Google Cloud certifications.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the technical enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace Gemini, and NotebookLM.
- Create and embed AI-powered solutions using platform APIs and automation tools.
- Act as the go-to expert for enterprise AI workspace technologies, supporting various teams across the organization.
- Connect AI features with enterprise systems to enable seamless workflows.
- Create reusable prompts and templates to standardize AI solution delivery.
- Collaborate with security and risk teams to maintain secure and compliant operations of AI tools.
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI workspace solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and enablement to teams and users for a smooth transition.
- Stay updated on new features from Microsoft and Google to recommend strategic improvements.
