Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in change management and organisational transformation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams
- Excellent analytical skills to assess business needs and outcomes
- Proficient in change management methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and a diverse range of stakeholders
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in a related field
- Experience in the public sector, ideally within a policing or governmental environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation change management strategy and execution across enterprise-wide initiatives
- Ensure strategic, operational, and cultural transformations are implemented effectively and sustainably
- Maximise Police Officer and staff adoption while minimising resistance to change
- Drive measurable business outcomes through change initiatives
- Establish and manage business change infrastructure, including change champions and business readiness checklists
- Ensure compliance with the Change Management Framework and maintain quality of deliverables
- Develop change competency across the organisation and integrate change competencies into programmes
- Interface with Police Scotlands Senior Leadership Team to design and establish local/divisional change implementation teams
- Accountable for business analysis and change to support Police Scotlands Organisational Strategy and Vision
