Description

By joining our Digital Division as part of our 24-month Graduate Programme as a Developer, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting technology initiatives across the second largest police force in the UK. Our program offers an immersive development journey, complete with monthly facilitated sessions that help consolidate learning and create a sense of belonging. You will be fully supported throughout your journey with an allocated Mentor, Buddy, Manager, and Graduate Programme Single Points of Contact (SPOCs). We recognize that our people are our most important asset, and we believe that investing in your development is crucial for our success. We also offer a hybrid working model for suitable roles, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Our working hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, under a flexible time policy.
