Requirements
Must:
- Experience in an Application Support Specialist, Systems Support or Technical Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of business systems and Microsoft 365
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a practical approach
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Process-driven with strong documentation abilities
- Exposure to integrations, testing processes or reporting tools (desirable)
- ITIL Foundation or similar (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for core business applications and Microsoft 365 platforms
- Diagnose and resolve system issues with clear user communication
- Support system upgrades, maintenance and configuration tasks
- Assist with testing updates and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Investigate recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Liaise with third-party vendors where required
- Perform initial checks on integrations and escalate where necessary
- Deliver user training and create clear support documentation
- Ensure appropriate access controls and governance standards are maintained
