Requirements
Must:
- 3 years experience with backend Python, including async systems, data pipelines, or protocol-level integrations.
- 1 year of recent Rust experience, with the ability to read, modify, and contribute to Rust-based components.
- DevOps experience, ideally with Docker.
- Background in DeFi, having worked at a DeFi company or shipped meaningful DeFi projects such as AMMs, bots, indexers, trading systems, or protocol integrations.
Responsibilities
- Join a highly technical team working on general backend systems engineering.
- Develop and optimize APIs for performance.
- Work on arbitrage bots and other related systems.
- Contribute to the core systems powering the next-generation trading platform.
