Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in Web3, specifically with architectural expertise. Proficiency in Solidity, Java, and EVM is essential; experience with Rust and JavaScript is a plus. A deep understanding of Bitcoin, applied cryptography, secure protocol design, and smart contract auditing is crucial. Candidates should also have experience with consensus algorithms, Sybil control mechanisms, and blockchain interoperability. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to work remotely in a team. A BSc/BA or equivalent is required, and fluency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to design and improve system architectures and lead development teams while ensuring architectural alignment. You will evaluate technologies, risks, and business impact, and communicate updates to stakeholders regarding progress and decisions.
