Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering.
- You should have at least 10 years of experience with C# and .NET.
- Previous experience with Linux, Python, and Azure DevOps is essential.
- I value experience in both start-ups/scale-ups as well as larger organizations.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Experience in robotics or other hardware-based products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to lead the way and be a strong advocate for best practice software design patterns, software architecture, and agile methodology.
- You will take a lead role in our effort to re-architect and harden our code to prepare for scaling by 10x-100x.
- Mentoring junior software engineers will be part of your duties.
- I need you to help the team find the right balance between strong principles and pragmatism, assisting in buy vs build decisions.
- You will set the standard for code quality, ensuring software test coverage and maintainability of code.
