Must:
I require you to have a highly numerate background and be comfortable working with C++. Experience with Python is also needed. You should have demonstrated involvement in managing experiments or conducting mathematical or statistical research, especially in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration. Top grades are expected as part of your academic background.

In this role, you will build upon existing models and design new trading algorithms aimed at increasing profitability. You will work closely within a tight-knit team of Traders, Engineers, and Computer Scientists. Since this is an early-stage hire, much of your work will be completely greenfield, providing you with a chance to rapidly prototype and bring new models into production, often from scratch.
