Requirements
Must:
- Embedded C proficiency
- RTOS experience
- Safety critical experience (preferably in Aerospace)
- Team leadership experience, including mentoring embedded software engineers
- Experience in managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers
- Oversee project management tasks, including planning and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality software development in a safety-critical environment
- Collaborate on varied projects involving the latest chips
