Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years production Okta administrator experience (not Okta user - administrator)
- Minimum 2 years Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
- Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols - able to diagnose failed app integrations, read logs, recommend fixes
- PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for bulk operations and reporting
- Jira ticket handling with strong SLA discipline
- Being Okta Certified would be a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own the daily Okta operations queue: user lifecycle, group membership, app assignments, application assignment troubleshooting
- Execute scheduled access reviews and group membership audits
- Maintain and troubleshoot SCIM provisioning to downstream applications
- Entra group administration (static and dynamic)
- Conditional Access policy exception handling (not policy design)
- Self-Service Password Reset operations
