Requirements
Must:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Accurately deal with procedures, such as setting up equipment and documents
- Troubleshoot printers
- Knowledge of replacing toners
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Resolve user-related issues
- Familiarity with network environments
- Willingness to move around the site; this is not a desk job
- Level-headed with the ability to stay calm and think clearly under pressure
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure IT equipment
- Assist staff with technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain printers and replace toners as needed
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Support users in navigating network environments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Engage actively with the site, addressing issues in real time
Description
We are offering a temporary IT position for 6 weeks located in Witney, Oxfordshire, with a competitive pay rate of £110 per day.
