Responsibilities
- Resolve and manage any technical issues impacting the schools function by providing robust technical solutions
- Provide support for Google Chrome Workspace
- Install or repair computers with standardised applications and networking software
- Diagnose and solve operational problems that develop
- Respond to a wide range of technical duties associated with computer network and desktop services
- Manage desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns, and hardware
Description
We are seeking an ICT Consultant for our Burnham location, with a salary range of £28,000 - £31,000. In this role, you will support a primary school as the liaison between the school and our clients, ensuring they are informed about our products and services while managing customer accounts. You will help maintain IT hardware and software across the school sites to improve their ICT provision and enable effective teaching and learning.
