Requirements
Must:
- Experience in desktop support, particularly with Windows 11/10/7 and Mac OS
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Admin, Exchange, Entra, Intune)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with email issues and on-premise Active Directory
- Familiarity with various company applications (Deskbird, KnowBe4, Sophos, Synology, Microsoft Dynamics, Ubiquiti, Meraki, CodeTwo)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage the IT Support mailbox
- Ability to liaise effectively with Engineering and maintain IT documentation
- Experience managing user accounts and group creation in Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for Windows and Mac OS users
- Manage and respond to the IT Support mailbox, ensuring efficient ticket handling
- Troubleshoot email issues through Mimecast and Exchange 365
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts in Microsoft 365
- Offer remote support to offices globally and ensure newly built laptops are connected to Intune
- Maintain documentation, user guides, and IT policies, keeping them up to date
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, tracking them effectively
- Order and maintain stock of printer toner and software licenses as needed
- Support various internal applications and assist team members with communication and organization needs
- Ensure a tidy and standardized Microsoft 365 environment

We are seeking a Desktop Support professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Hemel Hempstead, offering a salary between £30k - £35k.
