Responsibilities
- Resolve and manage technical issues impacting the schools function by providing robust solutions
- Install or repair computers with standard applications and networking software
- Diagnose and solve problems that develop in operations
- Respond to a wide range of technical duties associated with computer network and desktop services
- Manage existing installations and upgrades for desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns and hardware
Description
We are seeking a passionate ICT Consultant to support a Trust of primary schools in Watford. This role involves being the liaison between the schools and our client, managing customer accounts, and maintaining IT hardware and software across school sites. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £31,000 and benefits including a pension scheme, car scheme, cycle scheme, eye care scheme, mental health first aid, employee assistance programme, employee recognition scheme, and mileage compensation.
