Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in business performance analysis, insight or reporting roles
- Strong ability to analyse complex datasets and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proven experience producing senior-level dashboards, reports and management information
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a clear customer focus
- Experience supporting or leading benefits realisation for transformation or change programmes (desirable)
- Experience working with customer experience data, feedback, complaints or journey metrics (desirable)
- Experience working within regulated, operational or service-led environments (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of complex operational, financial and customer datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Provide insight into performance drivers, root causes and impacts on both the business and customers
- Design, own and continuously improve performance dashboards and management information packs
- Define, monitor and interpret KPIs, SLAs and customer measures, highlighting variances and required actions
- Lead benefits definition, tracking and assurance reporting for transformation and improvement initiatives
- Develop evidence-based recommendations to improve efficiency, service quality, customer experience and cost control
- Act as a trusted analytical advisor to senior stakeholders, presenting insight clearly to non-technical audiences
