- Demonstrable interest or experience in AI UI patterns and a clear eagerness to learn how to design for generative technology.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and methodologies.
- Must be currently based in the UK with the legal right to work.

Responsibilities
As our UI/UX Designer, you will be a champion of design excellence and usability across our product suite:
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for our client-facing SaaS solutions and internal systems, partnering with Product Managers to translate strategy into design-ready, high-fidelity interfaces across all platforms (mobile/desktop).
- Architect, audit, and maintain the Pixel Design Language and its scalable component library in Figma, ensuring long-term visual consistency and efficiency across all products.
- Conduct user research, create detailed flows, wireframes, and prototypes to champion user-centered design principles, continuously optimizing complex system interactions based on testing, data, and feedback loops.
- Be at the forefront of integrating AI and machine learning concepts into new customer-facing products, actively enhancing the user experience and utilizing AI tools to optimize your own design workflows.
- Serve as the central design point, articulating rationale to stakeholders and working collaboratively with the Product Manager and Development teams. Perform meticulous design QA to ensure features meet precise design specifications before sign-off.
