- Background in integration testing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects effectively.
- Passion for mentoring and fostering professional growth within a team.
Responsibilities
- Steer the technical direction and establish the gold standard for web engineering at Pixel Toys.
- Architect safety, scalability, and longevity of the existing ecosystem.
- Plan and execute a cloud infrastructure strategy using Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
- Influence the entire business by setting the technical roadmap and tackling complex problems proactively.
- Ensure seamless rollout of new products through rigorous monitoring and metrics definition.
- Proactively mitigate risks and improve code quality for connected systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and support senior team members in their professional development.
- Drive operational efficiency and translate business goals into engineering realities.
- Set a high standard for technical execution and behaviors, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the growth of engineering talent.
