- Lead and mentor a team of game engineers
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Artists to translate creative goals into technical implementations
- Define and maintain a technical roadmap in partnership with the production team
- Ensure the quality and performance of mobile experiences on the latest hardware
- Provide constructive feedback to the team and foster an open-minded work environment
- Drive technical implementations and processes to meet the highest industry standards
- Set the gold standard for user experience, performance, and visual fidelity
